RoadRage Tyres Ltd – Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.

  • Some oversized or heavy items (such as tyres and batteries) may incur additional charges. These will be shown at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time β€” see our website banners for details.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Standard delivery within New Zealand: 2–5 business days (urban addresses).

  • Rural delivery: allow an additional 2–3 business days.

  • International delivery (if available): timeframes vary depending on the destination. Please allow 7–21 business days.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events outside our control.


4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available).

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.


5. CLICK & COLLECT

  • Customers may choose to collect orders directly from our store at:

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.


6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.

  • Hazardous or restricted items (such as certain batteries or flammable products) may only be shipped within New Zealand and may have special handling requirements.


7. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist in lodging a claim with the carrier. However, RoadRage Tyres Ltd is not liable for delays once an item has been handed over to the courier.


8. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in your country.

  • RoadRage Tyres Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
