RoadRage Tyres Ltd β Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is outlined below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it β unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Youβll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Specific product rules:

Tyres: Cannot be returned once they have been mounted, used, or show signs of wear.

Oils, lubricants, and batteries: Cannot be returned if opened, used, or installed.

Hazardous goods: Items classed as hazardous or flammable cannot be returned once shipped.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), RoadRage Tyres Ltd will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:

Sale items or gift cards

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalised items

Opened oils, lubricants, or batteries

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If youβre unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
7. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement.
8. REFUNDS

We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

9. POLICY RIGHTS
RoadRage Tyres Ltd reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
